Prior to joining the University of St. Gallen MBA, he worked as a Management Consultant for a boutique-consulting firm specialising in leadership development located in Zurich. He was responsible for leadership and talent development programmes for multinationals throughout Europe. His expertise lies in resilience, well-being, energy management and developing thriving individuals. In addition, Sander has 10+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on the wine industry.
He holds an MSc in Business Administration from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Additionally, he is pursuing an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London.
Sander is a Dutch citizen and speaks Dutch, English and German. He enjoys sports, travelling, reading personal development books, meditation and the outdoors.
