Organisational Behaviour
Course Introduction
This course provides a succinct overview of what Organisational Behaviour is, and why all managers should understand the impact of OB design on business. The course will introduce Organisational Behaviour models and core concepts, and particular emphasis will be given to the subjects of:
- Change Management
- Biases and Decision-making
- Inclusion and Diversity
- Well-being
- Talent Management
In each of the above topics, attention will be given to the link between the subject and its impact on overall organisational performance.
There will be very little traditional lecture – most sessions will be highly interactive and will include simulation, class discussions and group presentations. Participants will be encouraged to actively contribute to a rich group learning experience.
The mandatory group presentations (see below) will provide significant input for the various sessions and an individual research paper will be set to facilitate deeper understanding on a subject of choice.
